We can now have 100 people and you will need to reserved you seat prior to the event.  Masks\, Temperature checks and social distancing will be enforced. \nThere is a $40.00 minimum spend for your admission package so we do not have to cut prizes.  Additional card will be available for purchase. If you want one of the electronic bingo tablets you must arrive early and get in line. We only have 50 tablets! Paper sheets are also available. \nYou must RSVP to reserve a spot for Bingo each week. You can RSVP by calling the Tigris Shrine Center at 315-308-0410 or email office@tigrisshriners.com. The reservations are a first come first serve basis.  Bingo will be cancelled if the 50 seats are not sold. Please RSVP\, just so we can be sure to follow COVID guidelines for physical meetings. \nArrival time: 6:30 p.m.\nLecture start: 7:00 p.m.\nEnd time: 8:00 p.m. \nAbout the Speaker\nDr. Mehmet Toner\nDirector of Research \nMehmet Toner\, Ph.D.\, is the director of research at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Boston. He is also a Helen Andrus Benedict Professor at Harvard Medical School and the director in the BioMEMS Resource Center at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). \nDr. Toner serves as the director of research at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Boston and has an active research program in burns and thermal injury\, biopreservation and clinical diagnostics. He oversees the Micro-Nano Shared Facilities. The work from his group and others using the tools developed in the Shared Facilities are now under evaluation for clinical use. \nDr. Toner’s research projects include mechanisms of thermal injury to cells and tissues\, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine\, bioartificial liver and skin\, stem cell therapies in injury\, microfluidics and nanotechnology for diagnosis and fundamental biological studies in burn injury\, trauma and clinical medicine. \nDr. Toner has over 350 papers with an h-index of 96 and five papers cited over a 1\,000 times.
