Duane Crapser, P.P., has been appointed the Regional Membership Director for Shriners International for District 11.
District 11 comprises the shrine centers that make up the New York Ontario Shrine Association (NYOSA) geographically consisting of New York State and southern Ontario, Canada.
“Being a Shriner has changed my life,” states Duane Crapser, Regional Membership Director. “Every opportunity I get to talk about our Shrine family I do. I love our Kids and feel promoting membership will bring more to our community. Tigris has worked hard over the last 2 years to bring home Gold Membership Status and now it is my goal to have NYOSA jurisdiction thrive with new Shriners and their families join us.”
The region for District 11 includes the following shrine centers:

- Oriental Shriners (Troy, NY)
- Rameses Shriners (Toronto, ON)
- Tigris Shriners (Syracuse, NY)
- Ziyara Shriners (Utica, NY)
